Chery Tiggo Cross hybrid and turbo CKD in Kulim

KULIM, Kedah: The new Chery Tiggo Cross – in both Hybrid and Turbo variants – recently started rolling off the production line at Inokom, Sime Motors’ assembly facility in Kulim, Kedah.

The Tiggo Cross is offered in two powertrain options — a 1.5L Turbo and 1.5L Hybrid CSH variant — combining both fuel efficiency with responsive performance.

The Tiggo Cross Hybrid CSH features Chery’s Super Hybrid system, which optimises energy use through intelligent transitions between electric and petrol power.

The Chery Super Hybrid (CSH) system combines the best of Super Plug-in Hybrid (PHEV) and Hybrid Electric (HEV) technologies, delivering outstanding performance, extended range,
superior efficiency, and class-leading Electric Vehicle (EV) capability.

Delivering up to 1,000km on a full tank and charge, the Tiggo Cross offers unbeatable range — making it a smart, high-value choice for Malaysian drivers.

The Tiggo Cross is priced from RM88,800 (Turbo) and RM99,800 (Hybrid CSH).

The Turbo variant comes in Carbon Black, Phantom Grey, Khaki White and Blood Stone Red while the Hybrid CSH variant is offered in Carbon Black, Phantom Grey, Khaki White and Moonlight Silver.

In March 2025, Chery marked a major milestone when it celebrated the export of one million Tiggo Cross units from Dalian Port, China.
