Colour shifting: Audi RS7's custom paintwork is worth talking about

PETALING JAYA: From the DipYourCar channel on YouTube comes a colour-shifting automotive finish on an Audi RS7 that many will find impressive.

It might even blow your mind.

Combining red and black, the pearlescent colour shifts from red and orange to black depending on how the light hits the car.


In the video, DipYourCar founder/owner Fonzie showed how the colour was prepared and sprayed onto the RS7. He said this is arguably the world's first pearl colour that can shift from red to black as shown on a full-scale car.

The RS7 with bronze Vossen wheels lends an ideal canvas to the colour with its extended curves and lines.
