Cycle & Carriage customers feted at Johor Baru dealership

JOHOR BARU: Cycle & Carriage recently gave some Mercedes-Benz owners the Mercedes-Benz Star Experience, which it described as an immersive lifestyle and educational event.

It was held at the Cycle & Carriage Johor Baru autohaus (dealership), which is the only Mercedes-Benz Malaysia Certified Body & Paint Centre in the southern region.

Cycle & Carriage general manager (aftersales head) S.V. Balasubramanian said the session was the company's way to show appreciation to its customers and explain the premium services offered to their Mercedes-Benz vehicles.

The event kicked off with the visitors taking a look into the Mercedes future and the brand’s innovation efforts.

They were  led through an electric vehicle presentation and Mercedes Me Connect demonstration, which showcased how Mercedes-Benz owners can access and control their vehicles remotely with a smartphone.

The visitors also went on a workshop tour to view the latest services and repair technology, with special focus on the Mercedes-Benz plug-in hybrid and Mercedes-EQ vehicles.

Diving deeper into Cycle & Carriage’s brand strength in premium services, customers also witnessed a body repair demonstration and the importance of using genuine parts.

To create digital awareness and stir up a desire to buy electric vehicles, Cycle & Carriage product experts also gave the visitors an in-car tour of the EQS 450+.

They were also exposed to the Mercedes Me service, enabling them to gain a better understanding of the digital experience on the road.

To round off the session, customers were treated to a 3-course lunch and various lifestyle pop-up booth activities. The activities included an interactive golf simulator, hair styling by Toyako Image Maker Styling, Inside Scoop ice cream for customers and a coffee brewing workshop.

Some customers also bought items at a 20% discount from the extensive display of Mercedes-Benz merchandise.
