Cycle & Carriage Johor Baru is the largest Mercedes dealership in the southern region, with a built-up area of 142,000 square feet over a land area of 224,000 square feet.
The facility is able to service 850 cars a month from 35 work bays.
The dealership or "Autohaus" features state-of-the-art technology and presents a contemporary retail experience.
Every customer is welcomed with a personal touch of hospitality by a Star Assistant. Customers are then invited to explore the Mercedes products across various touchpoints supported by digital tools.
The new retail experience allows for more face-time interactions between customers and the service team.
Designed with a large open space and supplemented with custom daylight-emitting spotlights allows the customer to experience the true colours of the cars, all arranged in an arc to maximise visibility of every model displayed. Various seating and discussion locations in open, semi-private or private areas help facilitate individual consultations, whether it’s for sales or service. It also has a well-stocked hospitality lounge and a merchandise area.
Cycle & Carriage Johor Baru is the only accredited and authorised Mercedes-Benz Certified Body & Paint Centre in the southern region, equipped with the latest automotive innovation and technologies, as well as expertise to conduct structural repairs on Mercedes-Benz vehicles
The dealership also offers a vehicle handover service to new buyers and "Drop & Go" as well as "Door-to-Door" servicing when their cars are sent in for maintenance.
Present at the launch of the upgraded dealership were Mercedes-Benz Malaysia CEO Dr Claus Weidner, Cycle & Carriage CEO Wilfrid Foo and Mercedes-Benz Malaysia sales & marketing vice-president Michael Jopp.

In a related development, CCB's largest shareholder Jardine Cycle & Carriage Ltd (Jardine CCL) has extended its unconditional voluntary takeover offer to take the company private.
The deadline had been extended to May 12 from April 28 at 5pm.
As at 5pm today, Jardine CCL held 74.085 million ordinary shares representing 73.53 per cent of the 100.745 million total issued and paid-up capital of CCB, the largest Mercedes dealer in Malaysia. The offer price is RM2.40 per offer share.
Cycle & Carriage has been losing money in the past two financial years.
