Denza's first scheduled maintenance revised to 20,000km or one year

KUALA LUMPUR: Expressing strong confidence in the reliability of its products, Denza Malaysia has raised the first scheduled maintenance of its electric vehicles to 20,000km or one year, whichever comes first, from July 1.

This extended interval marks a substantial increase from the previous first inspection of 5,000km or three months.

The company said the revised scheduled maintenance reflected Denza's deep trust in the robustness of its vehicles which was a result of the brand's advanced engineering and manufacturing.

The move will also offer greater convenience to owners by reducing the frequency of initial service visits and allow them to enjoy more time on the road with their vehicles.

BYD Malaysia managing director Eagle Zhao said the extension of the first scheduled maintenance interval is a testament to the exceptional quality and durability embedded in every Denza vehicle.

"This move not only underscores our commitment to delivering a premium ownership experience but also reflects our unwavering belief in the long-term reliability of our products," he said.

Denza Malysia's only product offered locally is the D9 all-electric premium multi-purpose vehicle.
