Ducati Panigale gathering sets new record

KUALA LUMPUR: Ducati Malaysia achieved a new accomplishment of having over 310 Ducati Panigale motorcycles gathered at a single venue recently.

Setting a new record in the Malaysia Book Of Records, the Panigale Kingdom Mega Gathering eclipsed the previous event record of 150 Panigale motorcycles set in 2011.

Starting from the Ducati KL showroom, the impressive convoy of Panigale enthusiasts rode to Nilai Spring for the annual gathering.

The event was marked by a grand flag-off ceremony, celebrating the beginning of a memorable journey and highlighting the spirit of unity among the Panigale community.

The Panigale Kingdom group, renowned for their camaraderie and shared passion for Ducati, played a significant role in this achievement.

The flag-off ceremony was attended by Ducati Malaysia COO Dennis Michael, Ducati Motor Thailand marketing director Siddhartha Varma and Malaysian MotoGP, WSBK and ARRC hero Hafizh Syahrin.

Dennis said the Panigale Kingdom Mega Gathering is more than just a world record-breaking event and is a celebration of the “Malaysia Boleh!” spirit.

"We are thrilled to support our local passionate Ducati clubs and their enthusiastic owners, especially when it comes to their love for Ducati, here in Malaysia and also around the world," he said.

Meanwhile, Siddhartha said it was an incredible sight to see so many Panigale motorcycles together which reflected the unity and enthusiasm that defined the Ducati family.
