SHAH ALAM: The e.MAS Impianku (My Dream e.MAS) is a nationwide AI-powered contest that challenges participants to design their ideal Proton e.MAS vehicle.
Organised by Proton New Energy Technology Sdn Bhd (Pro-Net), the contest runs from Oct 19 to Nov 30, 2026.
“Through e.MAS Impianku, we want to give Malaysians a fun and creative way to imagine their ideal EV and bring those ideas to life through AI. Whether it's bold designs, innovative features or unique personal touches, we're excited to see how Malaysians envision their future Proton e.MAS.” said Pro-Net CEO Zhang Qiang.
“Each creation offers us valuable insight into the designs, technologies, and experiences Malaysians value. We look forward to seeing their creativity come to life and involving them in shaping the conversation around the future of electric mobility.”
To make participation easy, the campaign provides a recommended AI prompt that Malaysians can customise or use as inspiration for their own designs.
Winning creations will be transformed into personalised 3D-printed models, bringing their dream EV (electric vehicle) concepts to life.
Open to individuals aged 18 and above residing in Malaysia, participants can join e.MAS Impianku in four simple steps.
- Visit protonemasimpianku.com and click on the “Open Category” under the submission form.
- Copy the recommended AI prompt from the “How to Join” section.
- Use any generative AI platform to customise the prompt and create your dream e.MAS design.
- Upload your design to the microsite and complete the submission form.
All eligible creations will be displayed in a digital gallery on the campaign microsite, allowing Malaysians to explore and vote for their favourite designs from Dec 5 to 13, 2026.
The Top 20 designs with the highest votes will be shortlisted for final judging.
The winners will be announced at an official Pro-Net event in January 2027, where eight winners will be recognised with personalised 3D-printed collectibles of their designs, celebrating creativity and innovation nationwide.
There are three grand prizes (each winner gets a 10-inch 3D-printed model of their winning design) and five Elite prizes (each winner gets a miniature 3D-printed collectible of their design).
Proton e.MAS is also extending the campaign to university students through the e.MAS Impianku University Students Edition.
Open from Oct 19 to Nov 30, 2026, the contest welcomes students aged 18 and above enrolled in recognised higher education institutions in Malaysia.

- Upload your design and complete the submission form.
Unlike the General Public Contest, University Students Edition winners will be selected entirely by a panel of judges, without public voting.
Three winners will receive cash prizes, while 12 consolation prize winners will take home exclusive Proton e.MAS merchandise.
The grand prize is RM1,000 cash, and the second prize RM600 cash, and the third prize is RM400 cash.
There are 12 Creative Merit Awards (each winner wins an exclusive Proton e.MAS merchandise).
