KUANTAN: A bank employee crashed her car into her workplace in an accident today.
Kuantan OCPD Asst Comm Mohamad Noor Yusof Ali said the 53-year-old woman arrived at the bank on Jalan Tun Ismail here for a morning meeting when the incident happened.
The woman apparently accidentally stepped on the accelerator, causing the car to speed forward and ram the glass wall of the bank.
"The manager of the bank and the driver have lodged a police report at the traffic police station," said ACP Noor, adding that they did not find any criminal elements in the investigation.
Fortunately, nobody was injured in the 9.30am incident.
