KUALA LUMPUR: Mforce Bike Holdings Sdn Bhd has introduced the EZI Ray 01 electric scooter in Malaysia.
The EZI Ray 01, manufactured by Keeway, carries a retail price of RM4,688.
However, a promotional rebate of RM2,400 under the Mforce.Cas programme reduces the price to RM2,288, excluding registration and insurance.

The EZI Ray 01 is offered with a two-year manufacturer warranty or up to 20,000km, whichever comes first.
The model is available in four colour options: Nova White, Plasma Blue, Venus Grey and City Black.
Powering the EZI Ray 01 is a 2,000W hub motor with air cooling.
It has a claimed range of up to 120km at a constant speed of 25kph and a top speed of 68kph.
Energy is supplied by a 72V 32Ah lead-acid battery.
The chassis is equipped with telescopic front forks and dual rear shock absorbers with adjustable preload.
Braking is managed by disc brakes at both ends.
The scooter runs on CST tyres sized 90/90-10 front and rear.
Dimensionally, the EZI Ray 01 measures 1,732mm in length, 746mm in width and 1,067mm in height, with a wheelbase of 1,245mm and a seat height of 735mm.
It has a net weight of 130kg.
Standard features include a fully LED lighting system, LED display speedometer, USB Type-A charging port, NFC-enabled keyless entry, three riding modes and a walk assist function (E Mode).
Practical elements include a front storage compartment with a utility hook.
