This five-door hothatch is priced at RM326,476 on-the-road for private registration without insurance in Peninsular Malaysia, valid until June 30.
In Langkawi, the car is priced at RM174,888.
Alternatively, the Megane R.S. 300 is also available under the subscription package at RM5,200 per month for three years, RM6,200 per month for two years or RM7,200 per month for one year.
The subscription also covers road tax, insurance, regular service and mileage of 20,000km per year.
The upgraded turbocharged direct injection 1.8-litre engine now features ceramic ball-bearing turbocharger and improved exhaust system.
It can deliver more grunt than the previous version at 300PS and 420Nm of torque and allowing a 0-100kph sprint of 5.7 seconds.
Like racing cars, its six-speed Efficient Dual Clutch gearbox comes with steering wheel-mounted gearshift paddles.
The gearshift performance depends on which R.S. Drive mode is selected, comprising “My Sense”, “Save”, “Sport” and “Race” modes.
Also new are full LED headlamps and revised daytime running lights plus new rear LED lighting signature.
Other new items are exclusive R.S. double-diamond stamped specific leather, Alcantara steering wheel, honeycomb radiator grille stamp that incorporates R.S. double diamond logo, Easylink 7-inch touchscreen with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto support, sportier dashboard with 7-inch customisable TFT driver's information display and Trophy stamped F1-style blade.
Also new are 19-inch Jerez wheels with design inspired by the Renault Sport R.S.01 concept car, featuring a diamond-cut finish with red borders.
The Megane R.S. 300 Trophy is equipped with the Cup chassis that features a Torsen mechanical Limited Slip Differential, with new calibration that enables more precise entry to corners and improved traction when exiting corners.
It also comes with 4Control - a four-wheel steering system that delivers outstanding agility through tight turns and impressive cornering stability at higher speeds.
At low speeds, the rear wheels turn in the opposite direction to the front wheels, the more direct steering delivering incisive handling.
At high speeds, the front and rear wheels turn in the same direction, meaning the rear wheels are perfectly aligned and the car enjoys increased stability.
Other R.S. features include R.S. Vision high-performance lighting that combines four functions of sidelights, cornering lights, fog lights and long-range high beam lights; rear bumper with a built-in diffuser and the iconic central exhaust; narrower rear spoiler to improve aerodynamic performance; Brembo brake callipers in striking red and wing-mounted air extractors which optimise airflow through the wheel arches.

Besides the new Flame Red, the Megane R.S. 300 Trophy is also available in Diamond Black, Pearl White and the signature Liquid Yellow (additional RM9,000) or Orange Tonic (additional RM9,000).
