First Honda Civic e:HEV RS owner feted

KUALA LUMPUR: Honda Malaysia today held a ceremony at a dealership here to honour the first owner of the Civic e:HEV RS.

As a token of appreciation from Honda Malaysia, Chin Kok Fung received Honda Accessories and Official Honda Merchandise worth RM4,000 at MH Prestige Auto Sdn Bhd.

This is the first time the Civic has been introduced with a 2.0L e:HEV powertrain.

Honda Malaysia managing director and chief executive officer Hironobu Yoshimura said the company has delivered over 180 units of the Civic e:HEV RS to date.

Chin said he is an avid fan of performance cars.

"When Honda introduced a 2.0L e:HEV powertrain, I was immediately impressed with the technology and performance it offers. I am looking forward to experience the thrill of owning this exciting e:HEV technology and to test the car’s potential.”
