First Lotus Store opens at Pavilion Damansara Heights, KL
By CARSIFU | 13 March 2024KUALA LUMPUR: Lotus Cars is expanding its presence in Malaysia with the launch of its first Lotus Store at Pavilion Damansara Heights here.
The move comes 10 months after the successful introduction of the brand's first all-electric Hyper-SUV, the Eletre, in April last year.
With 50 units of the Eletre already delivered and another 200 on the way, the opening of this 173.58 m² store marks a major milestone for Lotus in Malaysia.
The Lotus Store, designed in line with Lotus's new international corporate identity, showcases the latest models available in Malaysia, including the Eletre and the Emira sports car.
It features a configurator room for vehicle customisation, a section for exclusive Lotus merchandise and apparel, and a lounge area.
The configurator allows customers to personalise various aspects of their vehicles, from exterior and interior elements to equipment levels and additional driving aid features.
Operating daily, the store also introduces an 8.4 sqm high-resolution LED screen for dynamic displays.
This development precedes the anticipated opening of Lotus Cars Malaysia's flagship showroom in Glenmarie, Shah Alam, slated for the second quarter of 2024.
Additionally, Lotus plans to expand its footprint in the northern and southern regions of Malaysia and launch a Lotus Mobile Service Solution to improve customer service.
Open daily from 10am to 10pm, the Lotus Store is located in the mall on the first floor at Lot
1.47.02.
The Lotus brand is represented in Malaysia by Lotus Karz Sdn Bhd as the sole importer, distributor and provider of after sales service as well as spare parts for the brand. The company is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Karrus Automotive, an importer of new premium cars, used cars and classic cars.
