Flexi Parking app rolls out in Tanah Merah

KOTA BARU: Motorists in Tanah Merah can now enjoy a seamless and cashless parking experience with the launch of the Flexi Parking mobile application, which enables users to pay for parking across 46 local councils nationwide, without the need to switch platforms or create new accounts.

In a statement today, Leading Innovative Technologies & Systems (LiTS) Sdn Bhd said residents and visitors in the Tanah Merah District Council area can now manage their parking via a more convenient, digital interface.

The developer behind the cross-state parking payment solutions also described Flexi Parking as more than just a payment app, framing it as a move towards smart city transformation and a fully digital lifestyle.

"We're excited to expand our system to Tanah Merah. There's no longer a need for cash, coins or scratch coupons. Users simply open the app, select their location, set the parking duration and pay, all within a few taps," LiTS said.

Beyond on-street parking, the app also supports multi-storey and covered parking through its Off-Street Flexi Parking feature.

Selected locations will also offer electric vehicle (EV) charging facilities via the Flexi EV Charging service.

The Flexi Parking app is available for free on the Google Play Store, Apple App Store and Huawei AppGallery.
