KUALA LUMPUR: The new Ford Ranger Raptor Sport variant was launched recently, and the latest special-edition premium pick-up is priced at RM273,888 on-the-road without insurance.
It is available in Arctic White and Meteor Grey, and comes with a five-year warranty and a free two-year service package.
Customers will also receive an exclusive “Live The Ranger Life” cooler bag as a delivery gift.
With limited units released, customers are encouraged to visit showrooms to experience this powerful new variant before stocks run out.
Featuring a 3.0-litre twin-turbo EcoBoost V6 petrol powertrain, specially tuned by Ford Performance to deliver up to 397PS at 5,650rpm and 583Nm of torque at 3,500 rpm, the Ford Ranger Raptor Sport is the epitome of enhanced performance.
Its capability is further supported by FOX 2.5-inch Live Valve Internal Bypass shock absorbers with race-proven Bottom-Out Control, ensuring exceptional ride comfort and handling both on and off the road.
Adding to its appeal are beadlock style wheels, engineered with threaded holes to accommodate true beadlock rings for serious off-roading.
For everyday driving, they are fitted with stylish “beauty rings”.
This design allows owners to install beadlock rings, purchased separately, to safely run low tyre pressures for enhanced traction and control on rugged terrain.
It also features a new special Raptor decal design and a newly added Sport Hoop, enhancing its bold profile.
