KUALA LUMPUR: GWM Malaysia recently officially opened two new outlets, namely GWM Skudai in Johor Baru and GWM Equine Park in Seri Kembangan, Selangor.
GWM Skudai is operated by Auto Elegance Sdn Bhd while GWM Equine Park is operated by Golden Admiral Motors Sdn Bhd.
GWM Malaysia said the two new facilities strengthen GWM’s presence in key markets across the southern and central regions.
GWM Malaysia’s nationwide network now comprises over 40 outlets, supporting a growing customer base across the Haval, Tank, Ora and Wey brands.
As of end of the third quarter of 2026, GWM Malaysia recorded 5,165 vehicle deliveries, representing a 33% year-on-year increase.
“As GWM continues to grow in Malaysia, our priority is not simply to add more locations, but to make our products and services more accessible while delivering a consistent experience at every customer touchpoint. Strong dealer partners are essential to this growth,” said GWM Malaysia managing director, commercial operations Stan Li Hao.
GWM Malaysia chief operating officer Roslan Abdullah said, "A strong ownership experience depends on what happens after the vehicle leaves the showroom. We are continuing to strengthen technical training, parts availability, dealer operating standards and GWM Care across our network.”
GWM Skudai is a new 3S (sales, service and spare parts) facility spanning 22,006 sq ft.
The facility features five vehicle display spaces, three service bays, an EV (electric vehicle) charging station, a dedicated vehicle delivery bay, customer lounge and advanced diagnostic equipment.
Its service centre has the capacity to support 150 vehicles per month.
The new facility also supports 40 jobs across sales, service, technical and customer support functions.

Meanwhile, GWM Equine Park operates as a 1S plus 2S sales and aftersales facility across two dedicated premises, with a combined built-up area of 9,431 sq ft.
The showroom covers 5,770 sq ft. and accommodates a minimum of seven display vehicles, complemented by additional alfresco and test-drive display space.
The dedicated 3,661 sq ft service centre features four vehicle hoists, tyre balancing and wheel alignment facilities, diagnostic equipment and workshop.
The facility also provides dedicated customer consultation, vehicle delivery and waiting areas, alongside genuine spare parts, scheduled maintenance, diagnostics and general repair support.
