KUALA LUMPUR: Great Wall Motor or GWM also previewed its Tank 300, alongside the Ora 07 all-electric coupe and Haval H6 mid-sized C-segment hybrid SUV at a recent media event at The Raw Studio, Kota Damansara.
Billed as the top best-selling SUV off-road brand in China, Tank offers luxury vehicles that combine impressive comfort with off-road drive capabilities.
The Tank 300 was launched late last year in the Philippines, where it has a 2.0-litre turbocharged four-cylinder engine producing 220ps and 380Nm of torque, mated to an ZF 8-speed automatic transmission.
It has a 4WD system, all-terrain mode selector, crawl control, as well as LED ambient lighting, Nappa leather seats, a 360-degree camera system, a sunroof, a cooling box, a wireless charging pad, a 9-speaker Infinity sound system, and Android Auto/Apple CarPlay connectivity.
Size-wise, the Tank 300 is larger than a Honda CR-V and measures 4,760mm (length), 1,930mm (width), 1,903mm (height), with a 2,750mm wheelbase.
