LOS ANGELES: Arc Motorcycles newest customer Ryan Reynolds has taken delivery of his Arc Vector in the US and has taken to Instagram to remark on how pleased he is with the latest edition to his motorcycle collection.

Reynolds has been building his collection of cars and motorcycles for over a decade and is an enthusiast of electric vehicles.

The Deadpool star does not just collect vehicles; he is often seen riding his various motorcycles round the streets in LA.

Price of the Vector starts from £90,000 (RM532,000).

The 240kg electric bike has a 16.8kWh Li-ion battery that offers a NEDC range of 436km. The 95 kW/127hp electric motor takes the bike from 0-100kph in 3.2a and it reaches an electronically-limited top speed of 200kph.

Arc claims the battery can be fast-charge from zero to full capacity in 40 mins.

Arc is based in Coventry, England.

It marked its entry into the North American market by launching a "Founder’s Signature Edition" of the Vector.

Designed by Arc founder and CEO Mark Truman, the specification of this special collector's edition is personally overseen by him. The Signature Edition will be limited to just two bikes and only available to North American customers.

Boasting a forged carbon fibre monocoque, body panels and even wheels, most supercars don’t have this much forged carbon. This is complimented with Rose Gold paint detail throughout, etched leather grips and seat along with black and copper stitching, with Öhlins black suspension and unique chimney plate.

Truman has his signature in several places on the bikes so everyone will know this edition is something special. The Vectors use the CCS1 Combo charging socket.

All Vectors are hand-built in the UK. Arc’s clients go through a fully bespoke process with the company to tailor the Vector to their preferences.

Ergonomics are set for each owner, with new foot control and handlebar positions machined bespoke for the riders required stance. Colour and materials choices are included, within reason, in the standard price range.

The idea for Arc was born out of Jaguar Land Rover’s White Space "skunk works", an innovation lab previously headed by Truman.
