PENANG: The Hyundai Ioniq 5 N and Ioniq 6 N high-performance EVs (electric vehicles) are now open for bookings, with estimated prices starting from RM450,000 and RM460,000 respectively.
Each booking comes with merchandise from the official Hyundai N collection worth RM2,000.
Bookings can be made through Hyundai N authorised dealers Sime Darby Auto Hyundai Sdn Bhd (Central), Goh Brothers Motor Sdn Bhd (Northern) and Heng Lian Enterprise Bhd (East Malaysia).
Hyundai Motor Malaysia managing director Jahabarnisa Haja Mohideen said, "We are welcoming a thrilling new era of electrified high-performance with the Hyundai N though the Ioniq 5 N and 6 N models."
The Hyundai N lineup consisting of the Ioniq 5 N and 6 N, represents the pinnacle of Hyundai’s performance engineering, rooted in the brand’s motorsport heritage and honed on the legendary Nürburgring track.
Voted the 2024 World Performance Car, every element of the Ioniq 5 N was engineered for performance, from its track-tuned chassis and bespoke N-specific hardware producing 650ps, to its suite of driver-focused technologies
This allows for a 0-100kph sprint in just 3.4 seconds and a top speed of 260kph, all while maintaining a practical WLTP range of 448km.
Meanwhile, the Ioniq 6 N takes the Ioniq 5 N's performance philosophy and elevates it further.
Built on the aerodynamic Ioniq 6 sedan platform and awarded World Performance Car of 2026, the Ioniq 6 N combines a more refined dynamic character with an aggressive 650ps output.
It achieves a blistering 0-100kph sprint with time of 3.2 seconds and a top speed of 257kph, supported by 487km WLTP range.
It features exclusive hardware as well, namely the Swan Neck Spoiler and an integrated Interior Action Camera Mounting.
