SEOUL: A car that goes from 0-100kph in 5.1s should make it the fastest Kia ever.
This is the teaser being flashed out by Kia for its upcoming rear-wheel drive GT model.
It is expected to take the shape of a liftback and could have a top speed of from 244kph to around 280kph.
Several 4-cylinder diesel and petrol engine options will be available in the 2018 model and the range topper is expected to get a biturbo 3.3-liter V6.
The production-ready Kia GT will be unveiled at the Detroit auto show next month.
