Kia Sales Malaysia presents extensive ownership programme and K4 EV

PETALING JAYA: Kia Sales Malaysia has unveiled its most ambitious ownership programme yet, alongside the Malaysian debut of the all-new Kia K4, at the Kuala Lumpur International Mobility Show 2026.

The headline attraction is the new Kia TotalCare Programme, which offers an extensive ownership package for customers who book selected Kia models between June 1 and 22.

Under the campaign, eligible buyers will receive an eight-year warranty, eight years of free servicing, eight complimentary tyres, an RM8,000 cash rebate and complimentary first-year insurance.

The programme applies to all variants of the Kia Sportage and seven- and eight-seater Carnival models.

Kia says the initiative reflects growing customer demand for long-term ownership support and builds on its recent Kia Ownership Experience and Kia Maintenance Plan initiatives.

Making its first appearance in Malaysia is the Kia K4, showcased in sporty GT-Line trim.

The new sedan is powered by a 1.6-litre turbocharged petrol engine producing 193PS and 265Nm of torque.

Inside, the K4 features Kia's latest digital cockpit with dual 12.3-inch displays, wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, wireless charging, ventilated front seats and dual-zone climate control.

Also on display are the Kia EV4, EV5 and PV5, highlighting the brand's electrification and future
mobility ambitions.

Visitors can also view the Carnival and Sportage, both of which are available for test drives during the show.

Beyond the vehicles, the Kia Pavilion features FIFA World Cup-themed games, an AI-powered visual art installation by Malaysian digital artist Max Jala, and a collaboration with the Korea Tourism Organisation. – Zachary Ho
