PARIS: The Leapmotor C10 REEV (range extender electric vehicle) is arriving at European dealerships starting mid-April 2025.
The C10 REEV offers a combined WLTP range of over 970km, and flexible charging options, including DC, AC, and onboard fuel generator.
In the run-up to its arrival at European dealerships, the company organised a series of marketing events including an international media drive in Spain where stunning roads and the Spanish warm weather was the perfect testing ground.
A long journey between Barcelona and Valencia allowed the lucky drivers to appreciate the innovative range-extender technology, which effectively addresses range anxiety.
Since its launch, the Leapmotor C10 has been a standout performer.
In March, the C10 achieved record-breaking deliveries of 12,000 units in China, contributing to a cumulative total of 100,000 units since its launch.
Meanwhile, carnewschina.com reported that the 2026 model year Leapmotor C10 in China will see an improved powertrain and equipment including a 74.9 kWh battery and CLTC range of 605km.
The 2026 C10 also has a more powerful electric motor with a peak output of 220kW (295hp), which is 50kW (67hp) higher than its predecessor.
Other updates include a new purple body shade, and a 50W wireless charging pad.
