BEIJING: In October, Leapmotor reported an all-time high of 70,289 vehicles delivered across China, including both domestic and export sales.
This milestone marks the sixth consecutive month of record-breaking performance for the innovative EV (electric vehicle) manufacturer.
The October figures represent a 5.45% increase over September’s 66,657 units and an 84% surge compared to October 2024, underscoring Leapmotor’s accelerating growth and strong market momentum.
From January to October 2025, Leapmotor delivered 465,805 vehicles, reflecting a remarkable 120.7% year-on-year growth.
In the Chinese market, the Leapmotor B10 launched in April, continues to show strong growth, contributing significantly to Leapmotor’s sustained momentum.
And, the C10 SUV (sport utility vehicle), available in both BEV (battery electric vehicle) and REEV (range-extended electric vehicle), remains a popular choice among consumers seeking versatility and performance.
In China, Leapmotor debuted its D19 large SUV on October 16, the first model in its D series, with deliveries expected to begin in the first half of 2026.
On Nov 7, Leapmotor will commence pre-sales in China for the new B05 hatchback (named Lafa 5 in China market), which made its global debut at the IAA Mobility in Munich, Germany, in early September.
Leapmotor is also rapidly expanding its global presence with several key launches.
In September, Leapmotor had launched the B10 in Europe at the IAA Mobility Show in Munich.
Built on the LEAP 3.5 platform, the B10 is priced from €29,900 (RM144,273), offering competitive range and features tailored to European drivers.
At the Auto Zürich Car Show 2025, Leapmotor unveiled the C10 AWD (all-wheel drive), a high-performance electric SUV featuring 598hp, 720Nm of torque, and 0–100kph acceleration in just 4.0 seconds.
Built on an 800V architecture, the C10 AWD supports ultra-fast charging (30–80% in 22 minutes) and offers a premium cabin with a 14.6-inch infotainment screen, panoramic roof, and up to 1,410 litres of cargo space.
