The all-new RX L will feature three rows of seating, and will be available with petrol (RX 350L) and hybrid powertrains (RX 450hL).
Lexus said in a brief statement, accompanied by a teaser photo, that the RX will retain its stylish figure while also providing more flexibility for passengers.
The current fourth generation standard RX has been available in Malaysia since November 2015. It is offered in six variants, priced on-the-road without insurance from RM388,800 to RM520,200. A hybrid forms the top of the line and its Nickel-Metal Hydride battery gets an eight-year warranty, regardless of mileage. All variants in Malaysia are backed by a three-year warranty or 100,000km (whichever comes first).
