Lexus LBX Morizo RR special edition: 100 units only

TOKYO: Lexus will produce a 100-unit limited run of a special edition of the LBX Morizo RR which was exhibited at Tokyo Auto Salon 2024.

The premium automaker said 70 of the 100 units will be selected by advance lottery through Lexus dealerships in Japan, with 30 units available for general sale via lottery.

Online lottery applications will begin on August 21.

The LBX Morizo RR was developed in collaboration with Toyota chairman Akio Toyoda, also known as Morizo, as a high-performance model.

Equipped with a 1.6L inline 3-cylinder intercooled turbo engine (G16E-GTS), the car has been thoroughly honed in collaboration with racing drivers.

The LBX Morizo RR special edition recreates the concept model unveiled at Tokyo Auto Salon 2024.

In addition to the yellow brake calipers and "Ochre" interior color that are available in the "Bespoke Build" model, it also features Morizo's signature yellow color on the front bumper molding and seat belts.

Also, an original badge exclusive to this special edition vehicle is set on the instrument panel in front of the passenger seat.
