PETALING JAYA: Sime Darby Auto ConneXion (SDAC) has unveiled the new limited-production Ford Ranger WildTrak Sport Special Edition.
Priced from RM158,388, on-the-road without insurance for Peninsular Malaysia, the pick-up truck comes in two colours of Saber and Absolute Black.
The Ranger WildTrak Sport gets new front grille design, ebony black wing mirrors, black lift handle, black door handles and 18-inch black alloy wheels.

Inside are new illuminated front scuff plates with logo, leather embossed seats and steering wheel with stitching.
The Ranger WildTrak Sport is powered by a 2.0-litre bi-turbo engine that outputs 213PS and 500Nm of torque mated to 10-speed automatic transmission for on- and off-road performance.
In addition, special edition unit continues to lead the segment with a suite of smart technologies, such as Autonomous Emergency Braking (AEB) with Vehicle and Pedestrian Detection, Forward Collision Warning and Lane Departure Warning and Assist.
Backed by Ford’s new five-year manufacturer’s warranty or 160,000km (whichever comes first), customers will also get an 18-month free service package for added peace of mind if they purchase the pick-up truck before Dec 31.

Customers who book the Ranger WildTrak Sport within the 5-day roadshow will stand a chance to walkaway with a local Getaway, regardless of if they book it at the roadshow or at their nearest Ford Authorised dealership.
The public can also participate in the #FORDeverysecondcount social challenge to win Ford exclusive merchandise.
The #FORDeverysecondcount challenge represents resetting of life’s priorities as the country transitions to normalcy.
The challenge aims to inspire people by asking them to make a montage of 1-second footages expressing the type of life they want to live from now on, and to include the #FORDeverysecondcount and #fordmalaysia hashtags.
