Lucky BHPetrol contest winners received prizes at grand finale

PETALING JAYA: Three lucky customers of Boustead Petroleum Marketing (BHPetrol) received RM33,333 in cash and 100,000 ePoints each after winning the Main Prize category of its “Mudah Menang” Grand Finale contest.
The three are Mustaqim Ibrahim from Serendah, Selangor; Pang Jik Ing from Ayer Tawar, Perak and Pua Shiau Lin from Petaling Jaya, Selangor.
The prize giving was presented through a virtual ceremony by BHPetrol recently.
Another three customers won the Special Prize category and collected RM3,333 in cash and 30,000 ePoints each.
They are Chin Yee Wah from Bukit Tengah, Penang; K. Kumaran from Banting, Selangor and Mohd Siraz Rameli from Shah Alam, Selangor.
At the event, BHPetrol also presented the Monthly Prize of one Apple iPhone 12 64GB and one Apple iPad Gen 8 to two winners as well as the Weekly Prize of 100,000 ePoints to three winners for each week.
In total, there were 51 winners of the Mudah Menang contest.
To participate in the contest, BHPetrol customers were required to purchase petrol or diesel products at any BHPetrol service station and/or any items from participating BHPetromart stores during the contest period.
Each purchase must be swiped with a valid registered eCard or scanned with the eCard mobile application, and an accumulated expenditure amounting to RM30 is entitled to one entry.
Expressing his appreciation for the encouraging turnout of contest participants and support from customers, BHPetrol chief executive officer Leslie Ng said:
“The contest was held as part of the Company’s on-going marketing activities to generate interest and awareness for all the petroleum products and convenience retailing services available at about 400 BHPetrol service stations nationwide.
“BHPetrol organises regular and various exciting marketing programmes and contests for all our customers to reward them for their support and loyalty. Do stay tuned for more upcoming great promotions soon,” he said.
Ng also urged all stakeholders to be vigilant regarding the COVID-19 pandemic and to adhere to all standard operating procedures advised by the Malaysian National Security Council.
He said all BHPetrol stations practice very strict health and safety standards to ensure customers’ peace of mind whenever they patronise BHPetrol service stations to re-fuel with Infiniti petrol or diesel, or to shop at BHPetromart among other services.
The virtual event was attended by the winners as well as members of BHPetrol top management including Supply, Retail, Corporate Affairs & Government Relations senior general manager Azizul Azily Ahmad, marketing general manager Lawrence Chuah and members of the BHPetrol Retail team.
