PETALING JAYA: Two Malaysian Harley-Davidson riders have entered the Malaysia Book of Records with two achievements in India recently.

They started and ended in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu.

They also became the first Malaysians to conquer Umling La Pass in Ladakh, the world’s highest motorable road at 19,024ft (5,800m), setting the record for the Highest Altitude Harley-Davidson Ride by a duo.

Riding a Harley-Davidson Fat Boy and Fat Bob, each weighing nearly 300kg, the pair faced harsh weather, thin air, and challenging road conditions but completed the feat without setback.

Their achievements were officially recognised at an award ceremony held at Route 77 Harley-Davidson of Kuala Lumpur, where they received their certificates from the Malaysia Book of Records.
