KUALA LUMPUR: Maserati has unveiled its first all-electric duo, namely the GranTurismo Folgore four-seat coupe (starts from RM998,800) and Grecale Folgore five-seat family SUV (starts from RM588,000).
In a statement, the Italian luxury marque said the GranTurismo model is a grand tourer born for silence and speed, offering a 270-litre luggage capacity.
Meanwhile, the Grecale model delivers Maserati’s signature craftsmanship in a future-forward form, with 535 litres of luggage space.
Folgore is Italian for lightning.
Three radial motors deliver a combined 761CV (560kW), launching the GranTurismo from 0 to 100kph in just 2.7 seconds and on to a top speed of 325kph.
The GranTurismo model has a 92.5kWh battery (83kWh usable), providing up to 450km of range (WLTP).
With an 800-volt architecture, it adds 100km of range in just five minutes and charges from 20% to 80% percent in only 18 minutes.

Meanwhile, on the Grecale model, two 205kW motors combine for 410kW of total output, catapulting it to 100kph in 4.1 seconds.
It reaches a top speed of 220kph.
A 105kWh battery delivers up to 500km of range.
On-the-go charging is swift, with 100km of range restored in nine minutes, while a 22kW onboard AC charger supports convenient overnight charging.
