This time, Maserati has selected a new look for its camouflage, featuring a play of clouds; after all, it is a convertible.
And it's all set for a 2022 debut.
Like the MC20 coupe, the new model is said to be one of a kind.
The body is made of carbon fibre and composite materials in its entirety, an identical solution studied for all the configurations to come: coupé, convertible and, in the future, electric.
There should not be any surprise under the bonnet as it would share the same engine as the MC20 coupe. This means it would have a mid-mounted 3.0-litre twin-turbo V6 matched with an 8-speed dual-clutch gearbox and power would be relayed to the hind wheels.
