LOS ANGELES: Like Aston Martin, McLaren is cosying up to luxury real estate to bolster the brand.
Pendry Residences West Hollywood by Montage Hotels & Resorts, a luxury residential development located on the Sunset Strip, and McLaren Automotive North America, recently said they are working together on a "Super Garage", an exclusive amenity available to a property buyer.
In addition to the one-of-a-kind garage space, the purchaser of the garage will receive an allocation for a one-year lease of the McLaren 765LT supercar to complement their new West Hollywood home.
Dubbed “The Show Room,” the 1,719-square-foot private gated garage is located within the new Pendry Residences West Hollywood and provides direct access via private elevator to Terrace Estate 608, a two-story penthouse Residence.
The garage offers ample space for up to five cars, a private washroom, and a design allowance for the purchaser to customise the garage as they see fit – including an option to create the ultimate McLaren garage designed by EYRC Architecture in collaboration with McLaren Automotive.
