KUALA LUMPUR: The all-electric, seven-seater Mercedes-Benz EQV 300 multi-purpose vehicle (MPV) in Avantgarde trim has arrived, from an indicative RM450,000 on-the-road, without insurance.
The refreshed EQV 300 was presented by Hap Seng Trucks Distribution (HSTD) - the authorised distributor of Mercedes-Benz Vans - at a recent media showcase.
HSTD is offering an introduction package that includes a free Mercedes-Benz wallbox charger, three years of free schedule maintenance service, and a RM10,000 booking rebate.
The EQV 300 is also supported by a two-year vehicle warranty (or 200,000km, whichever is first), while its high-voltage battery is covered for eight years or up to 160,000km (whichever is first).
HSTD will also be hosting a pop-up roadshow at Bangsar Shopping Centre (BSC) from July 21 to 27, 2025, from 10am to 10pm daily, located at the mall’s co-entrance.
Visitors are invited to explore the vehicle, speak with product experts, and experience how electric mobility meets Mercedes-Benz luxury, firsthand.

“The reveal of the EQV 300 represents a meaningful evolution in how we define luxury, performance, and sustainability,” said HSTD CEO Derrick Sim.
“With its enhanced digital experience, redesigned styling, and commitment to sustainability, the new EQV is a statement of our direction and an invitation to drive forward with purpose," he added.
Underpinned by a 90kWh usable lithium-ion battery and powered by a front-mounted electric motor producing 150kW (204PS) and 365Nm of torque, the EQV 300 offers a range of up to 418km (NEDC).
It supports AC charging at up to 11kW and DC fast-charging at up to 110kW, enabling 10% – 80% charging in 40 minutes.
The EQV offers four driving modes including Comfort, Sport, Eco, and Maximum Range (ECO+), and a top speed of 160kph.
Advanced driver assistance features include Active Brake Assist, Lane Keep Assist, Blind Spot Assist, Active Distance Assist Distronic, tyre pressure monitor and Attention Assist.
The Parking Package with 360-degree camera and Active Parking Assist makes it easier to find a parking spot.

The EQV 300 in Avantgarde trim gets adaptive Multibeam LED headlights, and a sleek chrome trim with Mercedes-Benz lettering at the rear.
New 17-inch alloy wheels and refined paint selections underscore its premium, executive presence.
Inside, the EQV 300 delivers a lounge-like experience with dual 12.3-inch widescreens, redesigned air vents, capacitive-touch steering controls, and ambient lighting with 64 colour options.
The Burmester surround sound system with 15 speakers and bass reflex box achieve an output of 640W.
Impressive sound is delivered to every seat thanks to the multichannel surround sound technology.
The interior features Lugano leather upholstery, while there are powered sliding doors on both sides.
