KUALA LUMPUR: Mercedes-Benz Malaysia is concluding 2025 after driving product innovations to strengthen a wider portfolio in meeting evolving market conditions and customer needs.
"The company looks ahead to 2026 with confidence, where enhancing overall driving experiences and empowering customers with an extensive portfolio and ease of ownership flexibility, remain our key business drivers,” said Mercedes-Benz Malaysia CEO and president Amanda Zhang.
“Mercedes-Benz Malaysia remains committed to meeting market needs by offering our customers the luxury of choice, from internal combustion engine (ICE) models to plug-in hybrids, as well as fully electric vehicles, catering to diverse customer preferences for performance and sustainability,” added Mercedes-Benz Malaysia vice president, marketing and sales Nadia Trimmel.\
To date, a total of 11 BEV (battery electric vehicle) models were introduced locally, including the all-electric Mercedes-Maybach EQS SUV which utilises sustainable materials such as vegetable‑tanned Nappa leather, Econyl carpets, and recycled metals, as part of the brand’s eco-conscious luxury, and plug-in hybrids such as the new Mercedes-Benz GLE 400 e 4MATIC with EQ Hybrid Technology with up to 114 km in all-electric range (WLTP).

Also, Mercedes-Benz Malaysia had continued to curate exclusive customer experiences that bring the brand to life.
These included the G-Class Experience, where customers experienced the iconic all-electric G-Class capabilities on the 40-degree ramp and witnessed the G-Turn first-hand; the excitement of Mercedes-Benz FashionWeek Kuala Lumpur; the AMG Defensive Driving Experience at Sepang International Circuit Driving Experience Centre; and the prestigious MercedesTrophy.

In 2025, Mercedes-Benz Malaysia celebrated the graduation of 42 globally-certified technicians from its Advanced Modern Apprenticeship (AMA) Programme, alongside the recognition of 37 retail personnel from Malaysia and Singapore.
This milestone reinforces the brand’s continued investment in developing world class automotive talent.
Several strategic Mercedes-Benz EV (electric vehicle) charging co-branding partnerships were also established in 2025 with retail partners at Bamboo Hills, Kuala Lumpur; Eco Ardence, Setia Alam; Hyatt Regency Kuala Lumpur at KL Midtown; and Nilai Springs Golf and Country Club.
In parallel, Mercedes-Benz Malaysia continued advancing digitalisation across its customer services ecosystem, including fully paperless end-to-end workshop operations, enhanced in-car digital services through the Mercedes-Benz In-Car Store, and Mercedes me Collision Care support.
Additionally, Mercedes-Benz Malaysia collaborated with Malaysia Aviation Group (MAG), the parent company of national carrier, Malaysia Airlines, to redefine luxury services and elevate overall customer experience for their elite clientele.
The initiative includes offering exclusive privileges, including specially-curated #MyMercedesRewards on selected Mercedes-Benz models, access to exclusive lifestyle events, and seamless airport terminal transfers for Enrich Platinum members, Business Suite, and Business class passengers travelling with Malaysia Airlines.
Mercedes-Benz Malaysia is committed to supporting youth development, education, and sports excellence, particularly amongst underprivileged children.
Through its partnership with the Nicol David Organisation (NDO), Mercedes-Benz Malaysia conducted a corporate social responsibility (CSR) programme under MobileKids – a Mercedes-Benz road safety education initiative that has been implemented for over 20 years – to help children become independent and safe on the road.
The event cultivated fundamental road safety skills in an engaging and interactive way, with the aim of providing the “Little Legends” with the tools and knowledge they need to navigate the roads responsibly .
In addition, the Grants for Good initiative demonstrates Mercedes-Benz Malaysia’s commitment to empowering local communities, employees, and driving inclusive growth.
By providing financial support to non-governmental organisations and social enterprises, Grants for Good enables grassroots solutions in areas such as education, environmental protection, and social welfare.
