The fourth variant in the E-Class range is now available for sale at RM458,888. The other variants are the E 200 and E 250 in Avantgarde trim and the E 250 in Exclusive trim. All feature a 2.0-litre engine with output varying from 184hp in the E 200 to 245hp in the E 300.
The E 300 gets AMG bodystyling and 19-inch AMG five-twin-spoke light-alloy wheels and lowered suspension. The cabin also gets a new look. AMG features include the multifunction sports steering wheel with flattened bottom section, sports seats with horizontal quilting on the seat cushions and sporty backrest contour and AMG sports pedals.
The E 300 comes with LED headlamps, with each equipped with 84 individually activated LEDs rather than 24 for brighter and precise illumination without dazzling other road users. The head-up display shows the driver key information without the driver having to take their eyes off the road traffic conditions.
The car's COMAND Online comprises a 12.3-inch high-resolution media display. Its highlights, alongside the double display, include the touch-sensitive Touch Controls on the steering wheel and the new, intelligent graphic design of the Multifunction Telephony. It allows mobile phones to be charged and, at the same time, connected to the vehicle's exterior aerial without cables or a telephone holder.
The E 300 is offered with available 640W Burmester surround sound system packaged with 13 speakers and a 9‑channel DSP amplifier.
Also included are Parking Pilot and surround vision, which projects images in full HD on the car’s widescreen cockpit to help the driver in parking and manoeuvring.
