KUALA LUMPUR: MG Motor Malaysia has announced new competitive pricing for its hottest all-electric hatchback, the MG4.
The award-winning MG4 is now priced at RM100,888 for the MG4 Lux, RM128,888 for the MG4 Lux Extended and RM138,888 for the high-performance MG4 XPower, offering customers savings of over RM28,000.
Every MG4 comes with a complimentary 7kW AC wallbox charger or charging credits, with total savings of up to RM10,000 for the MG4 XPower and MG4 Lux Extended, and RM7,000 for the MG4 Lux.
The MG4 also comes with a seven-year or 150,000km vehicle warranty, an eight-year or 180,000km high-voltage battery warranty, and an eight-year or 160,000km drive motor and motor control unit warranty, whichever comes first.
Also, the recently launched MGS5 EV (electric vehicle) is now offered with the Ultimate Ownership Package giving customers savings of up to RM10,000, including a complimentary 7kW AC wallbox charger or the option to choose charging credits.
The MGS5, which is priced from RM115,900, is offered in two variants, Com and Lux.
The Com variant is available with either a 49kWh battery that delivers up to 340km of WLTP range or a 62kWh battery that provides up to 430km.
The Lux variant comes with the 62kWh battery, also capable of up to 425km of range.
All versions deliver 170PS and 250Nm of torque with a rear-wheel drive configuration, the only one in its class, and include 7kW AC charging as standard.
MG Motor Malaysia is also introducing exclusive promotions for its petrol-powered models.
Customers can enjoy up to RM12,000 in cash rebates on the MG HS and up to RM8,000 on the MG5.
To make ownership even easier, buyers can also opt for six months of free instalments along with an additional cash rebate.
