KUALA LUMPUR: Michelin Malaysia is sponsoring the two-wheel (2W) segment at the Rompin Beach Bash 2025, which will run from June 13 to 15.
The event will combine off-road driving, motorcycle beach drag races and camping, and Michelin will showcase its latest motorcycle offering, the Michelin Anakee Adventure tyre, designed for mixed on- and off-road use .
Built with reinforced sidewalls and a distinctive tread pattern, the Anakee Adventure provides enhanced grip on wet, dry and loose surfaces, while its durability has been tested to withstand the rigours of sand tracks and beach drag strips.
Michelin’s involvement aims to elevate the riding experience for participants and reinforce the brand’s commitment to performance, safety and longevity in demanding terrains.
In keeping with its support for the two-wheel community, Michelin Malaysia will distribute exclusive branded merchandise — stickers, decals and caps — to all registered attendees.
"These tyres are engineered to excel in off-road conditions, making them the perfect match
for the event’s thrilling challenges,” Michelin managing director for Malaysia, Singapore and Brunei Prichapakorn Dangrojana said of the Anakee Adventure.
