Located at Lot 50009, off Jalan Kuching, the 4S (Sales, Services, Spare Parts and Systems) dealership offers a large built-up space of over 35,600 sq ft, capable of displaying up to five new BMW vehicles as well as 10 BMW Premium Selection vehicles.
The space will also feature 20 service bays including five fast lanes, along with three RATC (reception at the car) service bays.
These enables the 4S centre to cater for up to 60 vehicle service appointments daily.
With a manpower of 90 dedicated staff members, including five certified high voltage technicians, to deliver services to BMW and BMW Premium Selection customers, Millennium Welt Kuala Lumpur North can also aid its customers to register and renew their vehicle insurance, trade-in used vehicles, as well as engage BMW Financial Services.
Millennium Welt Kuala Lumpur North is also equipped with 192 units of 96kWp solar PV panels, capable of generating over 123,700kWh.
By using micro-inverters to convert direct current (DC) to alternating current (AC) on rooftops safely and efficiently, Millennium Welt will save up to RM4,900 a month on energy, and reduce up to 86 tonnes of carbon emission annually.
Electric vehicle (EV) owners visiting the place will also be able to utilise AC/DC charging for their EVs at the customer parking area.
