KUALA LUMPUR: MINI Malaysia has kicked off its adrenaline-fuelled celebration with the John Cooper Works (JCW) Track Day 2025 held at Gamuda Cove.
Limited slots were made available to be public for the May 24 - 25 sessions.
The MINI JCW Track Day 2025 allows participants to test the limits of MINI’s most thrilling models.
The event commemorates the pure performance, driving passion, and the enduring motorsport legacy that defines the John Cooper Works heritage.
With roots dating back to the rally roads of Monte Carlo in the 1960’s, the newest models in the MINI JCW range retain the celebrated legacy of MINI’s performance DNA, designed to thrill and deliver the heart-racing experience that has always defined JCW.
"It’s here that our principles of Technology Openness and the Power of Choice truly came together, combining high-octane energy, razor-sharp go-kart handling, and pure driving excitement into powerful, corner-hunting machines," said BMW Group Malaysia managing director Benjamin Nagel.
"Getting behind the wheel of a JCW model was a powerful reminder of what makes a MINI driving experience so unique - the responsiveness, the precision through every corner, and the unmistakable sense of connection between driver and vehicle," he added.
At the event, the 3.4-kilometre MINI JCW Drive Zone allowed participants to push each model to its limits with high-speed sprints and precision cornering.
Meanwhile, the MINI JCW Track Zone, inspired by the legendary Kartdromo Parma circuit in Italy - a historic circuit famed to have hosted Karting World Championships and European Championships, which also served as a training ground for Formula 1 legends, offered a more technical layout which challenged drivers with demanding traction, control, and braking tests under high loads.
Complementing the on-track excitement were interactive showcases featuring not only the full MINI JCW line-up but also a selection of the latest models, including the all-electric MINI Cooper, Cooper, Cooper 5-Door, and new Convertible.
Additionally featured were the all-electric MINI Countryman and petrol-powered Countryman.
MINIacs were also invited to get behind the wheel with test drives available for the new MINI Convertible, Countryman, all-electric Countryman, and all-electric Aceman.
MINI Malaysia is offering exclusive promotions until June 30, 2025, including 10 years of free service for selected MINI vehicles and comprehensive motor insurance subsidies with coverage of up to RM3,000.
Those who purchase the Aceman SE and the Countryman SE will be able to enjoy a free 4-year extended warranty.
Under the limited-time promotion, a 10-year free service package will be applied to both models.
Those who opt for both electric models will also drive home with a complimentary MINI Wallbox, and eligible customers will be entitled for attractive corporate sales rebates of up to 8%.
Financing options are designed for flexibility, with Easy Drive Financing offering a cash rebate up to RM15,000 while the Straight-Line Financing rates start as low as 0.88% for selected models.
Those who opt for the new locally assembled Countryman S ALL4 will enjoy RM2,500 cash rebate under Straight-Line Financing.
Customers can also enjoy MINI Protection+ when financing with MINI Easy Drive Financing.
MINI Protection+ offers comprehensive coverage accidental death or permanent disability benefits, vehicle break-in coverage, hire purchase loan repayment protection, and guaranteed asset protection (GAP).
Additional benefits include key care, special relief in case of total loss or theft, rim damage coverage, compassionate flood cover, and scratch & dent protection.
In addition, MINI Malaysia introduces Blazing Blue as the Colour of the Month.
Those who purchase the MINI Countryman in Blazing Blue will receive a free Blazing Blue luggage or an elegant MINI Diamond Pendant.
Meanwhile, customers who purchase the new Aceman SE will receive free Track Edition or Slick Edition body stickers and a MINI Floating Hub Cap.
For existing F56 Generation MINI Cooper SE owners, MINI Malaysia is offering an exclusive RM8,888 Loyalty Support on the purchase of the new Aceman SE, on top of the current campaign.
