KUALA LUMPUR: MINI Malaysia has unveiled two exclusive special edition models that celebrate the brand's storied motorsport heritage – the MINI 1965 Victory Edition and the MINI John Cooper Works GP Inspired Edition.
The recommended retail pricing (on the road, without insurance) for the MINI 1965 Victory Edition is RM230,888 and with the Service and Repair Inclusive (MSRI) package, the price is RM237,188.
The MINI John Cooper Works GP Inspired Edition is tagged at RM333,888 and with the MSRI package, the price is RM345,988.
The MSRI programme offers a four-year unlimited mileage warranty, along with four years/60,000km of service coverage.
With the Easy Drive Financing Plan from BMW Group Financial Services Malaysia, the MINI 1965 Victory Edition and the MINI John Cooper Works GP Inspired Edition can be owned with a monthly instalment plan starting from RM2,474 and RM3,207, respectively (based on estimates of an 75% loan on a five-year tenure), after deducting Easy Drive Rebate and other campaign rebates.
MINI Malaysia says these limited offerings are aimed at enthusiasts who appreciate both history and high-performance driving.

MINI 1965 Victory Edition
In 1965, the legendary Mini Cooper S defied the odds to clinch a historic victory at the Monte Carlo Rally, driven by Timo Mäkinen.
Today, the MINI 1965 Victory Edition bridges the gap between that glorious past and a high-performance electric future.
Exclusively available as the all-electric MINI John Cooper Works, the MINI 1965 Victory Edition has a striking Chili Red body paired with a sporty white trim stripe flowing from bonnet to rear.
The winning number "52" – honouring the original 1965 rally champion – is emblazoned in exclusive white graphics on the doors, while subtle "1965" C-pillar stickers celebrate the year of victory.
The racing spirit continues with 18-inch JCW Mastery Spoke wheels in black with floating hubs for ultimate track-ready style, complemented by bespoke door sills.
Inside, the JCW anthracite and red racing cockpit features "1965" lettering on the steering wheel and console.
Its all-electric powertrain delivers 190kW (258hp) and 350Nm of torque.
MINI John Cooper Works GP Inspired Edition
In 2021, the third-generation MINI GP set a new benchmark as the fastest road-going MINI ever built.
Exclusively based on the MINI John Cooper Works, this edition draws its soul directly from the 2021 legend, meticulously carrying over the Racing Grey metallic DNA and aggressive aerodynamic silhouette.
It has a JCW Aero Kit – including JCW Rear Spoiler and full set of front, side, and rear JCW Winglets.
Signature GP-inspired exterior stickers adorn the bonnet, sides, and C-pillars, while striking GP-themed entry sills greet the driver.
The interior features bespoke floor mats with unique piercing and a dedicated GP-inspired key cap, complemented by specialised centre wheel hub caps.
It is powered by a 2.0-litre TwinPower Turbo engine which delivers a 170kW (231hp) and 380Nm of torque.
Both special edition models are covered by MINI Malaysia’s five-year Roadside Assistance programme.
Services include a 24-Hour, 365-days-a-year Accident and Help on the Phone and On the Spot hotline, free towing services and when needed (over 200km from residential home), replacement vehicle, seamless mobility, accommodation, mobility services solutions as well as repatriation services.

MINI Proactive Care service uses real-time sensor data to detect potential functional errors before they occur, alerting drivers via the My MINI App or iDrive.
MINI ConnectedDrive allows for over-the-air software updates and real-time vehicle management through a centralised interface.
For battery electric vehicles (BEVs), service coverage extends to six years with unlimited mileage, with an eight-year high-voltage battery warranty.
With MINI Roadside Assistance, customers can receive 24/7 emergency support - including towing, courtesy cars, and hotel accommodation.
