KUALA LUMPUR: Mitsubishi Motors Malaysia (MMM) is celebrating the popularity of its newly launched (MMM) Xforce by extending its early bird promotions over the weekend.
Customers who place their bookings up until April 12 will still benefit from the following: a RM5,000 cash rebate, three times free labour—bringing the total 5-year maintenance cost down to just RM3,900—as well as participation in the 'Buy 1 Free 1' Xforce contest.
Initially these exclusive benefits were offered to the first 1,000 customers.
MMM then extended the package to the next 1,000 buyers as bookings had already exceeded 1,000 in the first week of the compact sports utility vehicle's (SUV) availability announcement back in Feb 5.
The model has since garnered 2,600 bookings to date.
MMM said that all 2,600 customers who have placed their bookings will be eligible to receive the early bird promotions.

“The strong response of 2,600 bookings we have seen reflects a clear shift in Malaysian consumer preferences towards SUVs that combine style, convenience, and everyday comfort,” said MMM chief executive officer Takashi Sakamaki.
“This trend is also visible in the broader compact SUV segment, which has grown by 6.3% (MMM’s Financial Year to date April 2025 to February 2026), driven by demand for versatile, stylish design models.
"We are confident that the all-new Mitsubishi Xforce will further strengthen our position as Malaysian customers embrace SUVs that suit their evolving lifestyles.
Takashi further commented that the Xforce distinguishes itself in a competitive market through Mitsubishi Motors’ renowned reliability, precise handling, and commitment to delivering peace of mind.
"This launch underscores our dedication to offering SUVs that meet evolving customer needs while maintaining exceptional quality and satisfaction,” he added.

The Xforce comes in two variants – Urban which is priced at RM109,980, and Ultimate at RM119,980 (on-the-road, without insurance).
Both are powered by a 1.5L CVT engine paired with a Continuously Variable Transmission (CVT) to deliver 105PS and 141Nm of maximum torque.
One of the more unique characteristics of the SUV is a first-in-class four drive modes of Normal, Wet, Gravel, and Mud.
The model is also reinforced by Active Yaw Control (AYC), has a best-in-class ground clearance of 222mm, and a co-engineered 8-speaker Dynamic Sound Yamaha Premium Audio System.
The cabin's 12.3-inch Display Audio supports wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, while its dual-zone air-conditioning system is paired with nanoe X technology.
Power tailgate with kick motion is also present.

To sweeten the deal outside the early bird package, existing Mitsubishi Motors owners and their immediate family members who purchase the Xforce will be entitled to the brand's Loyalty Programme which offers an additional cash rebate of RM1,000.
Complementing these benefits is the M Switch programme that is available to customers in Klang Valley who trade in their vehicles.
This programme offers a price lock guarantee, ensuring that once a trade-in value is agreed upon, it remains fixed with no hidden fees or last-minute changes.

Those looking to level up their Xforce's drive experience can opt between three curated accessory packages.
These add-on options are made available customers, allowing them to enhance the styling and versatility of their Xforce to suit their needs.
There's the RM4,100 Excitement package which enhances the SUV’s sporty character with front, side, and rear under garnishes.
Following this is the RM2,200 Fashion Roof Rail package that is designed to elevate both the vehicle’s visual appeal and its functional versatility.
The RM700 Practical package focuses on everyday convenience, featuring a luggage tray and mud guards to support daily usability.
To celebrate the launch, MMM is offering a special 20% discount on accessory packages limited to the first 50 customers.
