Mitsubishi Triton Adventure X gets new Sun flare Orange Pearl colour

PETALING JAYA: Mitsubishi Motors Malaysia, the official distributor of the brand in Malaysia, has revealed a new exterior colour for the Triton Adventure X pickup truck.

The new colour expands the palette of Jet Black Mica and White Diamond with the addition of Sun-flare Orange Pearl.

Aside from the new colour, the flagship variant also gets a new silver stripe on its side profile to up its sporty appeal.

The Triton Adventure X is currently priced with sales tax exemption, but without insurance, at RM137, 900 and is accompanied by a five-year or 200,000km warranty (whichever comes first).

Power comes from a by 2.4-litre MIVEC turbodiesel engine producing 181PS and 430Nm of torque.

Power is managed by a six-speed automatic transmission and for improved traction and handling Super Select 4WD II, Off-road Mode and an electronically-controlled Hill Descent Control system helps to maintain traction regardless of the terrain.

For added comfort and convenience, the flagship pickup truck comes fitted with a 360-degree all-round monitor, digital video recorder, leather seats and a 7.0-inch touchscreen with Apple Carplay and Android Auto.

Safety is further bolstered by a suite of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) that includes ForwardCollision Mitigation (FCM), Blind Spot Warning with Lane Change Assist (BSW with LCA), Rear Cross Traffic Alert (RCTA), Ultrasonic Misacceleration Mitigation System (UMS), Auto High Beam (AHB) and seven airbags to name a few.
