The new RM5mil 4S (sales, service, system and spare parts) centre is located next to the NAZA Auto Mall in Petaling Jaya, which is currently considered to be one of the largest of its kind outside of Italy.
It is a one-stop luxury lifestyle experience that features a spacious showroom with dedicated sales areas and a lounge area utilising the same materials found inside the cabin of either brands.
The new centre also sports a merchandise area, which includes memorabilia, configuration area and delivery bays, business centre as well as a boardroom facility.
Currently on display for the Ferrari side are the 458, FF, California T and the F12berlinetta, while the Quattroporte, Gran Turismo, Gran Cabrio and Ghibli represent the Maserati brand on the other.
The centre allows new owners the further customize their Ferrari / Maserati via a Personalisation Programme, which offers a myriad of options from exterior colour to cabin trim and electronic gadgetry.
Following the refurbishment, the company will now look to upgrade its aftersales workshop in a bid to improve the servicing of its clientele.
