MALACCA: Great Wall Motor (GWM) Malaysia has launched a new showroom in Malacca, in line with the Chinese marque's rapid expansion in the country.
The new outlet has built-up area of 3,949 sq ft and features a modern, customer-friendly layout that reflects GWM’s premium retail experience.
In addition to vehicle displays and customer lounges, the Malacca showroom has two service bays and can support a monthly service capacity of up to 104 vehicles.
In a statement, GMW Malaysia said, "This ensures timely and efficient aftersales care for both new and existing GWM customers in Malacca and surrounding areas."
It is located at 2A, Jalan Malim Jaya 2/1, Taman Malim Permai.
“Opening in Malacca is a key step in strengthening our network and providing accessible, high quality service for customers in this vibrant and growing market,” said GWM Malaysia managing director Cui Anqi.
“We are confident this showroom will enhance ownership satisfaction and support our long-term growth in the region.”
As part of its GWM Care programme, GWM is also extending aftersales promotions including free vehicle health checks as well as 20% discount on Preventive Maintenance Service (PMS) parts, wear-and-tear parts and official GWM merchandise.
With the addition of the Malacca outlet, GWM Malaysia now operates 26 showrooms and service centres.
