SHAH ALAM: Tasco Bhd has added more Euro V-specification MAN TGS prime movers to its haulage fleet following the acquisition of 15 similar units last year.

At a recent handover of the five new TGS prime mover units, Tasco chief operating officer II and corporate director of the quality and performance improvement group, Haris Fazail Haroon said the company is satisfaction with the MAN trucks and aftersales service provided by MAN Truck & Bus Sdn Bhd (MAN Malaysia).
“Our first batch of MAN Trucks has been on the road for the past seven months and we have not faced any issues at all.

"They have proven to be very fuel efficient with a high level of safety and reliability.
"MAN Telematics allow us to monitor every truck closely and the fuel economy has exceeded our expectations," he said.
Haris also said the Repair and Maintenance Contract from MAN made it a hassle-free experience to keep the trucks in tip-top condition at a fixed cost without surprise charges.
MAN Malaysia managing director Marc Appelt praised Tasco for its foresight in investing in Euro V MAN Trucks that are well-proven and highly-regarded by global and Malaysian trucking operators for its reliability, performance and lower total cost of ownership (TCO).
