Supporting the dealership is a service centre in Jalan Gambang. Both facilities were set up with an investment of RM5mil from Mercedes-Benz Malaysia and Asbenz Stern.
The dealership and service centre occupy built-up areas of 3,860 sq ft and 13,496 sq ft respectively.

The dealership is also designed according to the Mercedes-Benz Presentation System II Autohaus concept and the latest Mercedes-Benz corporate identity.
Mercedes-Benz Asbenz Stern Kuantan offers sales, service and spare parts in the dealership and service centre for a comprehensive customer experience. The service centre has 10 work bays and one inspection bay, allowing 250 vehicles to be serviced monthly.
Mercedes-Benz Malaysia president and CEO Dr Claus Weidner said the company is confident of growing demand for premium vehicles in the East Coast.
"Together with our partner dealer Asbenz Stern, we underline our commitment to the East Coast region."
Dr Weidner also said the services provided by dealerships in and outside Kuala Lumpur are the same. "We want our customers to know that the high level of services provided by every autohaus (dealership) across Malaysia is the same," he said.
Asbenz Motors managing director Goh Chuan Kiong said providing top quality services is a way to gain new customers and retain existing ones.
Asbenz Motors' partnership with Mercedes-Benz began in May 2004 with its first dealership in Sungai Petani, Kedah.
With the launch of Mercedes-Benz Asbenz Kuantan autohaus, Mercedes-Benz Malaysia retains the largest premium vehicle coverage with 34 dealerships nationwide.
