MUAR: Nissan has unveiled a new 3S centre here that features the automaker's latest Nissan Retail Concept.
Operated by NM Supreme Sdn Bhd, the centre along Jalan Meriam, has a total built-up area of over 8,000sq ft and elevates customer experiences and deliver world-class service standards.
Every touch point of a NRC-NEXT-compliant retail facility has been reimagined and refined to deliver excitement and satisfaction to the customer.
The retail space is crafted with premium and contemporary furnishing while the Wi-Fi-enabled comfortable customer lounge with a relaxed ambiance aims to facilitate discussions between customers and sales advisors, as well as to initiate test drives of the latest Nissan models.
The centre comes with four service bays capable of accommodating up to 16 vehicles per day, with an estimated capacity of 352 cars a month.
The service centre has a generous built-up area of over 4,000sq ft and is manned by a team of six professionally-trained members.
Edaran Tan Chong Motor chief executive officer Khoo Cheng Pah said customer satisfaction is a high priority for the company.
