SANDAKAN: Edaran Tan Chong Motor Sdn Bhd (ETCM) has introduced the NRC-NEXT concept at the new Nissan showroom in Sandakan, Sabah.
The Sabah debut followed the opening of the Nissan 3S centre in Cyberjaya.
The Nissan Retail Concept (NRC) aims to transform Nissan dealerships into world-class facilities that reflect Nissan's brand values throughout the customer journey.
"We are committed to deliver exceptional customer experience from browsing, shopping and test-drive, to total ownership through aftersales services by Nissan’s authorised partner – Tan Chong Ekspres Auto Servis,” said ETCM head of sales (East Malaysia) Cheong Kim Seong.
ETCM had opened ETCM Sandakan (SDK) in Sabah recently.
This new Nissan 1S showroom features up to three Nissan display models.
The showroom also comes with a customer lounge with WiFi access.
Various test-drive vehicles are available for prospective customers, who can arrange them at their convenience, even from the comfort of their homes or offices, just by making the arrangement with the sales advisors.
After-sales service is provided by the existing Tan Chong Ekspres Auto Servis Sdn Bhd (TCEAS) Service Centre located 4km away from the showroom at Batu 3, Jalan Utara, Jalan Ming Huat Industrial Estate, Sandakan.
