KLUANG, Johor: The new Nissan showroom in Kluang, Johor reflects Edaran Tan Chong Motor's (ETCM) commitment to increasing accessibility to the Japanese marque.
The new showroom spans 6,400 sq ft and prominently features Nissan’s bold new logo, embodying the brand’s refreshed corporate identity.
The facility offers a welcoming environment for vehicle viewing and consultations, and aims to deliver the full Nissan experience to Kluang’s growing customer base.
The showroom can display up to six Nissan models, and is supported by trained sales advisors who can assist with product inquiries and test drive arrangements.
Visitors can also explore the electric vehicle (EV)-like driving experience of the new Nissan Kicks e-Power.
Additional amenities include a dedicated new vehicle delivery area, a comfortable customer lounge with internet access, and designated consultation areas.
“Our commitment to customers is unwavering. We will continue to introduce new and innovative models, and remain fully dedicated to support all existing warranties, spare parts and services without compromise,” said ETCM CEO Khoo Cheng Pah.
The ETCM Kluang showroom is located at 46, Jalan Kluang Perdana 1, Taman Kluang Perdana.
Opening hours are 9am – 7pm (Monday – Saturday), and 10am – 5pm (Sunday/Public Holiday).
Aftersales support is located just 15 minutes away at Tan Chong Ekspres Auto Servis (TCEAS) Kluang, which is open 8:30am – 5pm (Monday – Saturday).
