KUALA LUMPUR: Omoda | Jaecoo Malaysia continues to strengthen its nationwide retail and aftersales reach with the official opening of two new authorised 3S (Sales, Service and Spare Parts) centres; one each in Kulai, Johor and Kota Bharu, Kelantan.
The Kulai dealership is operated by Supernova Motor Sdn Bhd, while the Kota Bharu outlet is run by Future Otto Sdn Bhd.
The Kulai facility is the brand's largest dealership in southern Malaysia, and represented a RM3mil investment.
The two-storey building spans 20,419sq ft and its showroom can display up to eight vehicles while the service area is equipped with 12 service bays capable of handling up to 1,560 vehicle intakes per month.
Designed in accordance with Omoda | Jaecoo's latest global corporate identity standards, the dealership also has premium customer amenities and will soon include a fully-fledged Body and Paint centre, further enhancing its comprehensive aftersales capabilities.
Meanwhile, the Kota Bharu centre is the brand's first authorised dealership in Kelantan and further strengthens Omoda | Jaecoo's presence in the east coast region.
As a fully authorised 3S facility, the centre is equipped with comprehensive sales, service and spare parts services under one roof, while being fully equipped to support Omoda | Jaecoo's expanding portfolio of New Energy Vehicles (NEVs).
The service area is able to handle up to 650 intakes per month, ensuring ample capacity to support the growing customer base.
The new dealerships bring Omoda | Jaecoo Malaysia's nationwide network to 55 outlets, comprising 24 in the central region, 11 in the southern region, 11 in the northern region, two in the east coast region, and seven in East Malaysia.
