It features a sculptural exterior design with an octagonal Škoda grille and a new interior concept with a free-standing infotainment display.

The selector lever has been moved to the steering column, creating a cleaner and more spacious centre console.

The Superb also offers a head-up display and Škoda Smart Dials for quick and intuitive access to vehicle and infotainment functions.

The Superb has been a success story for Škoda, with over 1.6 million units sold since its launch in 2001.

The fourth generation builds on the strengths of its predecessors and takes them to the next level.

The new Superb comes in two body styles, hatch and estate, and features a refined design with improved aerodynamics. The hatch has a drag coefficient of 0.23, 10% lower than the previous model, while the estate has a drag coefficient of 0.25, a 15% reduction.

The interior dimensions have also been improved, with increased boot capacity. The Superb comes with a range of new colors and features second-generation LED Matrix beam headlights.

The new Superb offers a range of powertrains, including petrol engines, diesels, and a plug-in hybrid. The top diesel and petrol engines come with all-wheel drive, and all powertrains are mated to a DSG automatic transmission.

The LED Matrix beam headlights provide 40% more light output, and the DCC Plus system offers improved dynamic chassis control.

The new Superb will feature enhanced intelligent assistance systems to improve safety. These systems include Turn Assist, Emergency Steering Assist, and Exit Warning, among others. Turn Assist warns the driver and applies automatic braking if there is a vehicle approaching when turning in the face of oncoming traffic.

Emergency Steering Assist enhances steering movements during sudden evasive maneuvers. Crossroad Assist uses radar sensors and a front camera to warn of crossing traffic, cyclists, or pedestrians when pulling out of a driveway or blind exit. Exit Warning provides a visual warning and sound when the door is opened while traffic is approaching from behind.

The new Intelligent Park Assist can automatically park the Superb in end-on and parallel parking spaces, controlling the vehicle's speed and stopping if an obstacle is detected. Travel Assist, Side Assist, and Front Assist have also been improved, offering enhanced visualization of nearby vehicles, increased detection range for vehicles coming from behind, and anticipatory cyclist protection.

Crew Protect Assist automatically closes windows and activates hazard warning lights in the event of emergency braking or an imminent collision.

Up to 10 airbags protect occupants in the event of an accident, and Emergency Assist takes over lane control and gently brakes the vehicle to a standstill if the driver is unable to control the vehicle.
