PENANG: Tesla in Malaysia opened its new experience centre at Gurney Plaza here last week.
The facility located at the Kelawai entrance and the public can explore Tesla’s groundbreaking technologies through immersive experiences with the Model 3 and the new Model Y electric vehicle (EV) lineup.
The company said Model Y is the world’s best-selling vehicle with the highest safety ratings across four continents.
To celebrate this milestone in conjunction with the official opening of Tesla Experience Centre Gurney Plaza, the newly launched Model Y is on display and available for priority test drive.
Tesla EV buyers can enjoy complimentary home charging support and low interest rate financing scheme with a total incentive up to RM28,000.
In addition, Tesla has recently launched the Green Mobility Incentives Programme to support like-minded organisations and their employees to switch to EVs.

Tesla has given a commitment to expand its experience locations, after-sales service and charging coverage across Malaysia to further enhance the seamless and comprehensive ownership experience.
Aside from providing 14 Supercharging stations with 64 Superchargers and 15 Destination Charging stations with 70 Wall Connectors, Tesla in Malaysia is planning to set up six new Supercharging stations.
The new Model Y (Rear-Wheel Drive starts from RM195,450); Long Range (from RM242,450) and the best-selling electric sedan Model 3 (from RM181,000) are available to test drive.
